POLICIES


APPOINTMENT BOOKING POLICY
You may be asked to give your credit card info to hold your appointment.  The credit card info is held in complete confidentially. Nothing will be charged to your credit card without services being rendered unless the cancellation policy below is not followed. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In consideration of our time and yours, we ask you to give a 24-hour cancellation notice.  If a cancellation is less than 24-hours prior to appointment time, 50% of the service amount will be charged.  If you fail to show up or call to cancel your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you for the entire session.

SPA ETIQUETTE
Your Whole Body is a place of tranquility. Please be considerate of others and turn off cell phones and other electronic devices while in our spa.  If an emergency situation does arise where your device must be left on vibrate, please inform us immediately upon arriving to our office.  Please let your myomassologist or esthetician know of any concerns, special needs, or questions prior to your treatment. Please comment on room temperature, massage pressure or anything else that would improve your experience with us.   

GRATUITY
Although a gratuity is not required, it is always greatly appreciated.  You may give cash tips directly to the myomassologist or esthetician who serves you or add it to your credit card when paying for services.

PERSONAL ITEMS
Your belongings can be hung in the reception area or kept with you in the same room where you are being serviced.  Your Whole Body is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.  With this in mind, use your best judgement as to whether you should bring certain items with you or leave them at home.

CHECK IN
First time clients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to fill out a client intake form. While we do our best to accommodate late arrivals, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not inconvenience other clients.  The full price of scheduled services will apply.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates make great gifts and are available in any denomination.  Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-replaceable for any reason.  Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash, taxes, or gratuities.
